Founded by Veronica Croaker, local cafe Skimos Coffee Shop has been an award-winning local favorite for eight years now. Named Nevada's Best Coffee Shop by 
iHeart back in 2021, and a constant Yelp favorite, the cafe serves up wraps, sandwiches, avocado toasts, pastries and a wide selection of coffees and other beverages. Now after eight years in operation, the cafe brand is preparing to open its second location, at 9175 Las Vegas Blvd S, Unit 100, in the Vegas Pointe Plaza shopping center.
